Training to increase functional use if appropriate

Magnifier recommendations and training for their use

Home assessments to increase functional independent and safety

Home Modifications -

Recommend changes for current/recent accessibility

Recommend for home remodel or building for universal design/accessibility

Recommend to make home accessible by person with wheelchair
